Payment - Payment can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX credit card or personal check or money order. Charge or deposit made 1-2 days prior to shipment. Prepaid invoice included as receipt.
Shipping - Unless otherwise specified, shipment will be insured DHL or UPS Ground service, prepaid and add. Shipping charges will be billed at actual amount + $5.00 handling. Complete shipping address (c/o business or personal address) must be given at time of order.
