DslrStar

Interfacing with a digital single-lens-reflex camera mounted to a telescope, the DslrStar controller allows long exposure sequences - either by computer-control or stand-alone - and stores exposure information (time, temperature and type) in its non-volatile memory. Photos are stored in camera memory or directly to the computer.

DslrStar allows the user to set up to 32 sequences using the controller-only, or an unlimited number of exposure sequences using the Windows software.

The included basic cable will work with Canon EOS 300D, 350D or 400D. The A611 accessory is necessary for Canon 5D, 10D, 20D, 20Da, or 30D; the A623 IR remote control is needed for Nikon D50, D70, D70s, or D80.

DslrLite is a low-cost - yet complete - computer-controlled software and hardware package for beginning or advanced DSLR camera astro-photographers. DslrLite includes Windows software and RS232 serial cable that interfaces between Canon and Nikon DSLR camera bulb and the computer.

DslrLite allows the user to set an unlimited number of exposure sequences using the software. Image FITS files are stored to the computer hard disk. Completed RAW exposures are displayed on the computer monitor.

FocusStar Pro is a digital telescope focuser - the only one that supports two stepper motors - one for your telescope and one for your autoguider scope - and can be used standalone or computer controlled via USB. FocusStar Pro software includes individual ASCOM drivers for both main and auxiliary FocusStar motors - allowing for direct control via many programming languages (C++, Visual Basic*, etc.), FocusStar Pro is fully compatible with many third-party software applications, such as FocusMax for automated focusing.

The FocusStar Pro Controller has backlit graphic LCD , dual stepper motor ouputs, and optional temperature sensor. It stores up to 9 user-assigned presets and temperature information in its non-volatile memory. The motor is mounted to the telescope with a bracket (chose to fit the telescope type).
